G.R.I.N.C.H. Information
GRINCH (Generalized Reasoning through Integrated Networks, Constraints and Hierarchical) is a high-range nonverbal reasoning assessment designed to measure advanced fluid intelligence through the discovery, integration, and manipulation of abstract rule systems. Rather than relying on acquired knowledge, GRINCH evaluates the ability to infer hidden structures, coordinate multiple interacting rules, identify recursive patterns, satisfy logical constraints, and construct coherent relational models under increasing complexity.
The assessment consists of four progressively demanding sections—Warm Up, Core I, Core II, and Elite—covering a diverse range of cognitive archetypes including Symbol Value Inference, Artificial Grammar, Hidden Encoding, Rule Intersection, Recursive Systems, Matrix Composition, Relational Mapping, Constraint Satisfaction, System Completion, and Meta-rule Discovery.
GRINCH is intended for high-ability assessment and research into advanced reasoning, emphasizing cognitive flexibility, abstraction, and the capacity to discover higher-order principles governing complex symbolic systems.
High-range. Timed. Designed to challenge advanced abstract and fluid reasoning abilities.
This test consists of 20 items and is timed at 30 minutes.
GRINCH (Generalized Reasoning through Integrated Networks, Constraints and Hierarchical) is a new test. Only a raw score will be issued. After the norm is posted, an IQ score will be added to all prior submissions.
After completing the GRINCH test and paying the scoring fee, you may request a complimentary composite IQ certificate. Please send your request to contact@iqt3st.com.
